The envelope is in very good vintage condition with wear, tears, foxing, stains and tanning. The envelope flap is still attached but the lower portion was cut off for inventory control. Copyright 1967. Piece A Dress Front has tiny tears. Piece G Sleeve has several medium tears in the middle of the pattern piece. Piece H Front Facing has a small tear. Piece K Back Facing is missing.
