If the washer tub is excessively shaking or moving during use, it may indicate a need for spring replacement due to damage or stretching. Accessing the tub for installation requires the removal of the front and possibly the rear panel of the washer. A pair of locking pliers will be necessary for removing the old springs and installing the new ones.
