Adapts a 1. 11/16" 44mm bore small block TBI (Throttle body injection) to a Holley pattern 4 barrel manifold. Includes gaskets and hardware as pictured Bolt pattern is 5.16 x 5.620 1' thick. Most aftermarket 4 barrel manifolds and many factory manifolds use this pattern. Bores are angled to streamline the flow from the wider throttle body to narrow 4bl intake. Many adapters don't offer this and create a large step causing drivability and performance issues. Many blame it on the computer when it's really the adapter.
