If you purchase an item and are not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you only have to contact us with a detailed explanation within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. Items returned without an explanation will not be accepted. This policy does not include lost or stolen items or jewelry that has been worn for any length of time due to health reasons and loss of resell value, nor does the item qualify as remain once worn. Returned items must be returned in the same packaging and via the same shipping method by which it was sent to the buyer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. All returns must be accompanied by a note or explanation as to the reason for the return in plain sight. All returns should be shipped with sufficient postage and insurance for the buyer’s protection. If items are not returned as per the above, the item will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.
