I don't think they were played with much and only owned by one owner. Megs does walk but not far. When you turn the dial in the back, it seems to hit a stopping point much sooner than it should because it then only allows about 2 steps for each foot before it stops. Checking the sealed ones I have and that seems to be normal. Optimus Prime works as he should with lifting his arm, pushing in the blade, and pushing the bottom in back, which triggers his arm to come down and his energy weapon to pop out.
