This is an original 2001-04 Olds Silhouette overhead console control switch assembly GM part #10436427. This assembly is in good condition. It works as intended, all the buttons are intact and functioning, the rear plugs are clean with no bent or broken prongs and the mounting points are undamaged. It does have some cosmetic wear.
