All return requests must be made via email. Phone calls will not be accepted for pending or existing orders,
Absolutely no returns accepted without contacting us first for an RMA. Returns are only allowed for damaged or defective product. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns can only be made within 30 days from the day of purchase. Refunds will be given on damaged or defective product purchase price only. Non-defective product is subject to a 20% re-stock fee as we provide free shipping but there really is a cost associated to us for the shipping of the item to you.
Sometimes items cannot be returned for different reasons. The list or reasons would include but not limited to altered or custom items, socks, wear and tear items, under garments, swimwear, dents or scuffs in boots, stains, worn items, or missing tags. All returns must include ALL original paperwork, packaging and tags still attached to the item. Without this we cannot return the item so it will be sent to back to you.
