This sale is for a Vintage 1988 Edwin M. Knowles Boy Scouts of America BSA-The Veteran Ceramic Plate. It is by Norman Rockwell and is the 12th in the Rockwell Heritage Collection. It measures 8 1/2 inches across. No chips, cracks or breaks and no box or paperwork. See photographs for condition issues. I sell items which belonged to someone else in a previous life so they are used and have some defects which I always try to list. All items are photographed and shown so what you see is what you get.
