1981 ALABAMA AUTOMOBILE LICENSE PLATE TAG 30 P/6 168 Description The listing is for this 1981 Alabama Automobile License Plate Tag. Number: 30 P/6 168. Heart of Dixie. I am listing a large collection of these Alabama tags. The tags obviously were never issued. They are still in a plastic sleeve. The plastic sleeve is thin and worn. Some of the pictures were taken with the sleeves still in tact which may show sand trapped inside the sleeve. I have removed some of the sleeves because of the large amount of sand trapped inside them. There may be some discoloration to the tag from moisture inside the sleeve. They have been stored in an outside coastal environment. A Mr. Clean Eraser sponge may restore the tag to an almost new condition. Tag being sold in as is condition.
