Item description

1950's Postcard - Visit Amarillo Texas Halfway Point between Chicago and Los Angeles. This one is an interesting ad postcard advertising True Rest Courts Deluxe Cabins with Shower, and Radio in Every Room. On Highways 60 and 66 East of City Limits at N.E. 8th Avenue Phone 2-0209 Amarillo Texas. Since there's a Radio and not a T.V. in every room, and since the telephone number is as it is, we're thinking this ad card could be as early as the 1920's/30's. What do you think? She's in terrific condition.
