(Amateur Radio Call sign W8EA) 1932 George Washington green 1 cent Stamp 1732-1932 East Facing Postcard features Vintage cartoon drawing of mailman delivering mail, signed by W8EA- Otto Eppers. Aside from his Famous Cartoon Art and Ham Radio cartoon art, Eppers is most famous for jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge and then emerged from the East River unscathed, in 1910, at the age of 17. He later worked for the Harry "A" Chesler studio's Chesler Publications, and Timely Comics and worked as an American cartoonist and illustrator active from the 1920s to 1950s. But is best known for his QSL Ham Radio Card Cartoon Art. The Postcard is Printed: D.E.
