This is a 15 inch tall plush bendable and poseable Mr. Bill doll, from the old (when it was still good) Saturday Night Live skits. "Ohhh, nooo, Mr. Bill!!", remember? He is in used, but great, condition and is from a smoke-free home. He is plush (with a hard rubber head) and has wires in his arms (not legs) to make them pose. He's clean and free of odors.
