Item description

10 Seeds Peltophorum Pterocarpum Copperpod Golden Yellow Flamboyant This fast growing tree has wonderfully fragrant and showy flowers. The flowers have yellow petals with an orange spot in the center, and the flower also has an orange stamen, and the stems are rusty red and fuzzy. The flattened seed pods that follow have a purplish brown color. This plant likes to grow in full sun if conditions are moist, but also does well in partial shade with less water. This is a larval host plant for the Common Hedge Blue butterfly. USDA Hardiness Zones 10 to 11.
