Kiln dried to 6-8% moisture content. This is our highest grade of White Oak. Longer lengths are always available for pickup. Shipping to your door is will be by UPS for this item lengths. Important Information Pre-sale Inspection: Items are usually available for inspection weekdays (excluding holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. For refund or exchange item must be returned at buyers expense. There are no exceptions. We will refund the entire payment amount including original amount paid for shipping OR pay to return replacements to you. Local Pickup: Pickup must occur, by appointment, within 10 business days of receipt of property release. Buyer will be responsible for bid amount plus Indiana sales tax of 7% plus $10.00 handling.
