Here are 3 samples each of two other book series from that time: Elsie Hix's STRANGE AS IT SEEMS (which copies Ripley's text illustrations format) and Frank Edwards' strange-but-true series (which is all text). This extensive collection of oddities totals nearly 1,200 pages! All books are either the first edition or first paperback edition -- and as such, some are now very scarce. Only one has a previous owner's name in it. A unique collection in today's market!
