Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1980s Latino-themed dramatic biopic, STAND AND DELIVER, released in 1988 by Warner Bros. and directed by Ramon Menendez, about the story of Jaime Escalante, a high school teacher who successfully inspired his dropout-prone students to learn calculus.
The image depicts real-life high school teacher Jaime Escalante with his screen counterpart, Edward James Olmos. This photograph comes from a newspaper archive and has grease pencil mark in the bottom border and a rubber date stamp of MAR 25 1988 on the verso. It is in very fine- condition as shown.
