Item description

French 76 came out in 1964 from the National Brewing Company in either Baltimore, MD., Detroit, Mich. or Miami, FL. a year after Colt 45, and lasted until 1969. It was a "sparkling" malt liquor, which means it was carbonated to be fizzy. The can only held 8 fluid ounces so it is a shorter can. This can came from the Baltimore, Maryland brewing company. It is NOS (new old stock) and has never held beer. The can does not have a bottom on it and as such has a sharp edge around the bottom of the can. It is starting to lightly surface rust on the inside of the can (see photo) however the outside of the can is in great condition. It does have a pull ring on the top of the can. On the side it has NB-228 behind where it was canned which was Baltimore.
