Issues with new policies and very aggressive fee structures have caused me to search for alternatives. I am very excited about becoming a part of this new community of buyers and sellers online. This is a brand new EcoBee Si thermostat. It is an internet ready thermostat and can be controlled either online from an offsite location or at one's home via the push button programmable capability. Return Policy: If you order a product from me and for whatever reason change your mind about the purchase, then I do offer refunds for unused items in their original packaged state. You have to return the item within three days of its arrival to your location. I will refund the purchase price of the item minus my shipping costs. I also do not pay for return shipping costs back to me bacause I can not control them. Some items are listed as free shipping because the price of shipping is built into the cost of the item. In the case of items listed as free shipping, I will let the buyer know what the built in shipping costs were and refund the balance after I receive the returned item. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, I will file a claim with the shipping company and when the claim is paid, the buyer will receive a full refund for their item, including shipping. I may need the item back for claim purposes and if I do, I will pay for return shipping costs in the form of a prepaid label sent to the buyer so that I can receive the item. If the rare case occurs where an item is not functional upon arrival, but no shipping damage occurs, I will naturally work with the buyer to offer a refund or exchange if a replacement is available. I do my best to fully test any preowned items that I sell, but sometimes problems are not seen regardless of time and care taken to find them.
