Foster; Shadowhawk is guiding the Regulators through the sewers, trying to find Vortex's abducted son who is going to be given to someone called the Underlord; Unfortunately, the Underlord turns out to be the alien villain, Liquifier, whom Darkhawk thought long dead; Shadowhawk finds some sense of satisfaction in working together with his enemies to battle Liquifier and rescue an innocent child from certain death. Continued in Shadowhawk (Image, 1994 series) #12. 36 pgs., full color. Cover price $1.95.
