Built By Heritage Hotel opened in 2/91 - Closed 5/91 Reopened 1993, no Gaming. Lone Star Aspen Marine Group to open casino in 1/94, did not open casino. 12/94 Owned by TPM - Casino Never opened. 1996 Became World Trade Center. Never opened Casino.
