How can I track the shipping?

Please follow these simple steps:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected]. To help expedite your request, please provide your order number and reason for return.
Once reviewed, we will inform you that you can go ahead and ship the item back.
The item(s) will be reviewed once received. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was listed with the security tag intact. Otherwise, the item will be returned to you.
Once processed, you will receive an email to notify you that shopping credit has been applied to your account. Shopping credit may only be applied to the account from which the purchase was made.
