Wow, what a great vacuum cleaner. I've purchased a Kirby-way too much money and it is horrible to use. I've also purchased a Ricccar vacuum. By far the Windsor is the best and cheapest of all three. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

I've worked with these vacs at my cleaning jobs over the years. They've proven to be powerful and durable machines that keep going. I decided to buy one of these for my home and now I wonder why I didn't do it sooner. The ease of vacuuming carpet then going to bare floor w/out flipping a switch is an added bonus to this awesome machine! Being able to use the on board tools w/out hassle is also a big plus! Lastly, there's a fantastic filter system on this as well. That says a lot right there if allergies might be a problem.
I will continue to recommend this work horse to everyone...very satisfied!
