The unit and idea is great, but they did not put in the time required to make sure the braids are well sown in.
The braids began falling out immediately after put the unit on. I now have to spend time sewing each individual braid to prevent them from falling out. This is what they should have concentrated on to ensure good quality.
Otherwise the overall idea is good, but an idea with poor execution makes for poor product.
