Too Faced Shadow Insurance primer rates so highly online (even in the YouTube challenges!) that I was sure this would be the one that worked... but it wasn't. I do like that it doesn't leave a dry residue (like Urban Decay Shadow Primer Potion does) but that's the only plus it had, for me. All my morning-applied shadow was gone (as if I had no primer on at all) by lunch time. The search continues..... )c:>
