I bought two Hatchimals for two school age girls. The one that got hers (whom I will call Linda) at Christmas is the one I will write my review on. Linda's Christmas list had one and only one item on it- a Hatchimal. When I was told her mother could not find one anywhere, I brought one to work and gave to her for Linda. Her reaction was tearful and she was so appreciative. On Christmas morning she taped a video of Linda opening her Hatchimal to send to me. The young girl was ecstatic, so much so that she burst into tears. She told her mother, "This is the best Christmas I have ever had." To be a part of their joy was all I needed for my own Christmas.
