A little on the sweet side for me, but drinkable. Dissolves well in water. Too early to tell of any physical benefits.

My wife and I drink Organifi Gold every morning. A half cup of soy milk heated in the microwave.
Add Organifi Gold and stir. Use a milk frother and add soy milk. Pour the frothed soy milk to the cup and you have a delicious hot drink.

3rd time consuming this product and that was my first time buying it from this site because of the amazing price difference . They were fast and the packaging was very secure . I highly recommend them and if I ever need a 4th product I will order from them again.
