The seller was great (quick service) but the product, though INCREDIBLY inexpensive, is a little bit glitchy. Nonetheless, I can live with it, given the low price!
Worked perfectly, right from the beginning. The only "problem" I had, was learning how Paperport 14 Professional worked, compared to the older version I had, that is no longer supported on Windows 10. Took, just a few minutes, and then I was all set to go!! VERY SATISFIED!!!

Why don't software companies tell us the item is for PC only. I've wasted much time learning this

I've been using paper port software for many years, I consider it to be one of the best document management software available. Easy to create additional folders, scan and edit.
Product software is easy to use and has a very simple user interface that makes learning to utilize the tools offered very easy. I use the newest version at my work and find this older version to be easier to maneuver without all of the added features that I don't use.
Easy to use and figure out. Love that you can convert other document formats into PDF's with this :) Highly recommend this product over more expensive alternatives.

This is scanner software, a lighter version came with my scanner (Dell Color Laser Priner Scanner), but I lost the software when my cpu crashed.
The professional version is great, but much more than I really needed.
After I ordered, software was digitally emailed and I immediately installed it. Worked like a charm. I will definitely buy from this seller.
If you're looking for a file management program that's relatively easy to use, look no further PaperPort is a great way to go. Use any scanner with PaperPort.
This program has worked well for me, the original program that I bought that worked with windows XP worked better.
