I purchased these on a whim, and I am so glad I did, before I took these I had aching joints and other mild injuries due to my Osteoarthritis. They take a few weeks to work but are well worth the wait and these were the cheapest I could find. If you suffer from any joint pain, I would recommend these gels as a sufferer of Osteo for 12 years + they are the best I have tried by far.

Small and easy to swallow. Super fast relief for my joints. Very much recommend these.

Have used many products for knee and shoulder pain without a lot of improvement and whilst this is not a 'miracle'product I experienced appreciable reduction in pain after around a month . Will continue to purchase

Excellent service

Lysi Icelandic Cod Liver Oil was recommended in a book that I read "La Artritis y yo" talk about arthritis. I started taking it in the morning with empty stomach and its doesn't bother at all, no strong odor or taste. Also I can tell that its fresh oil, it doesn't smell rancid. Thanks.
