need to take just like prescription meds, do not skip doses if you want it to fully work.
Due to the fact I do not have an assay lab I really cannot tell you anything useful in this review.
I can say they come in nice bottles and have not cause any ill effects. Very hard to say if any probiotic is working, but since I take a mixture there's no way to say much.
As stated, I like to get a few different brands and take them so that those that suit my body can multiply. These are reasonable priced and make for a good base (3 times a day) to which I can add a dose or 2 of others each day (good to include sacchromyces boulardi as well as other blends.
I will probably get more of this.
