Purchased Maxell Cassette Adapter on Bonanza
I've tried battery operated adapters like this and they all ended up breaking (no matter how delicate I was with handling the unit). This mechanical adapter is a self-powered device that just works. If there's any snag in the mechanical process, I know there's something I've done incorrectly, and I can correct it before I continue loading the tape in the mechanism. Nothing like the human touch.
