There is no foam windscreen on this mic, which it desperately needs since there is no volume control on the device itself. Because of that, there is a lot of breathing and mouth noises that the listener can hear, making for a very unprofessional connection. The headset is tight, and as someone with a small head, that should say a lot! After a short period of time wearing it, I have a headache from the pressure of the head band. Overall, I would not recommend this product. There are better out there.

I had three logitech h540 headset before and I am using logitech h540 in the office. I wanted to give manufacture refurbish a try this time so ordered from poppydeals.

I had several email communications with poppydeals and as his request, I also sent pictures with cable issue. The cable skin was broken and inside cables are out. There are three places with this issue on the cable. I kindly asked him for exchange. After saw the picture, he said he said "I am sorry about that. mm..I am really not sure what is wrong with it. I have sold so many of these without a problem."
I checked MANUFACTURER REFURBISHED definition online. "Manufacture refurbished items were items that were purchased by a previous customer or floor models that were, for one reason or another, sent back to the manufacture. The manufacture then inspects the product, replaces anything broken, flawed, or problematic, before re-selling it as refurbished."

Inside cables are exposed out and you can see a bare metal cable from the gap, shouldn't you replace the broken cable at least?

After I receive the seller's comment, I was so mad. I don't want to talk to him any more and I don't care if he exchange my headset or not. I will directly go to bonanza customer service. And I will report to customer affairs department.
