First of all, let me say, that I am a caregiver supervisor for an in-home agency. A caregiver accidentally broke this clock in a client's home. She felt terrible and we had no qualms replacing it. It is typically very difficult to find older products that we see in our geriatric client's homes, much less in such good shape. Not only was the clock exact to the picture/description, but the seller sent extra batteries in the event that it was difficult for us to find them. She's had it for a while now and raves about it. Good stuff. Thank you for making us look really good haha.
