The product was easy to self-install but I needed the help of an electrician to actually get it working. Unit can only be registered in US or Canada which makes setting up a heating schedule interesting to say the least! I have placed a support ticket with Emerson in the US which I hope they will respond to (Australia, unfortunately, are not responsive even though this unit is available here (supposedly).
Ask if unit can be registered in Australia (or outside US / Canada).
Good quality - Touch screen and web interface works great.
