I used this product as instructed for a tattoo on my thigh and i let it sit for 2hrs. my thigh was numb i didn't feel the needle, i was able to get the outline of the tattoo finished but i need to buy more product to do the color overall it lasted for a good hour.
I used this product on my finger let it sit wrapped with ceran wrap for 2 hours it didn't numb the finger so the tattoo was very painful. i think this Deep Numb is a great cream but works better on big areas.
It was great and help me with my tattoos I use it all the time every time I get a tattoo

The cream had no numbing effect whatsoever. I tested this on the back of my hand. I applied, waited and re-applied several times with no noticeable effects.
