The product arrived promptly and was brand new in the package as described. I'm a bit disappointed that I purchased the large bottle of this as I only needed the small, though I'm not too upset.
The pump doesn't work as good as the small bottle I have, but it may just need to be used a bit more.
I would absolutely make this purchase again.
