Bonanza’s system for reviewing products only is ridiculous. A product could be great, but if it causes you extra labor, time, etc to get it than it should, then that should be noted. You have to worry about Bonanza’s interest in and ability to resolve issues in its marketplace if it doesn’t allow users to comment on someone’s ability to get you the item you bought from them.
