Exactly like the picture but it's pretty close my daughter loves it it's a lightweight and she enjoys it

I'm being 100% honest - the quality of the components I received was horrible. The fins attached to the rubber tail were very cheap (found similar ones for $7) as well as the screw-in plastic rivets used to attach them to the tail do not hold and on the very first swim, they came separated from the tail! I spent an additional $35 to buy better quality fins (so it could be used comfortably) and better rivets to attach the new fins to the rubber tail and now it works.

Fabric is slightly thin. I wear leggings with it and it seems to look better.
