Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase on new unopened and unused merchandise. Authorization required. Make claims of damage or item issues within 3 days of receipt. BEADS must not be unwrapped or used, paper goods must not be opened at all – plastic wrap must be intact.
PAPER GOODS are not returnable after the holiday has passed at all.
MISC GIFTS are to be in good working order and not used or opened.
JAZZ FEST POSTERS AND POST CARDS: Never returnable at all, not refundable.

COLORS are named by the manufacturer and not by me and may not match your idea of the color due to the differences in cameras and computer resolutions and other software used to create photos for upload to the various websites. You may check the internet for variances you may expect in color names.

Items that come back in the mail as un-deliverable or rejected will have appropriate refund as if a normal return.
