Crescent Pewter Tea Pot, Footed Base, Open Handle, Hinged Lid w/Onion Finial
Beautiful vintage pewter teapot with simple open handle and hinged lid
Measures approximately 4.5" diameter x 9.75"H
Pinned hinge lid with onion shape finial
Tapered body with vertical concave accents and beveled footed base
Surface polished by the maker to protect and preserve the pewter
Made in USA by Crescent Pewter, premier pewter makers during the 1920s - 40s
In very good condition with no visible signs of serious damage. There is a small indentation in one of the sides that could possibly be pushed back back out and into round again since the metal does not have any creases in that area. (See first photo)
Some minor surface scuffs scratches and other signs of use typical with an item at this age
