Continues the love story of the former ranch hand and the rancher's daughter in Australia's Victoria Alps that began in 'Man from Snowy River.' Brian Dennehy takes over from Kirk Douglas as the father who aims to keep the young lovers apart.
Returning home with a herd of horses, a restless young rancher finds that he is resented by the more conventional settlers, who plan to dispossess him of his land. Young Tom Burlinson must again prove his worth as he battles villainous Nicholas Eadie, who's become engaged to his beloved (Sigrid Thornton).
The photography of the horses and the scenery is spectacular and steals the show, visually unforgettable.
