Putting an explosive collar around his neck, she forces him to help her as they both outrun the crime gang in a race to free the captive alien before warships begin to attack the planet in this sci-fi thriller that is packed with dazzling special effects and "Matrix" moments of bullet time, freeze frame and pan, etc. Plus, she has a watch that accelerates her in time, another words, she moves real fast while everyone else is in super slow motion, but it only works for about 30 seconds and can only be used a limited number of times. Often thought of as the the first live action film that has come closest to an anime.
