Very rare as this is a limited Radio Station "Not for Sale" Promotional Copy.
Please see pictures for condition. Cover is in fair-to-good condition as the cover has experienced water damage. That said, the record itself is in good-to-very good condition. It shows some wear, but I just played both sides and It played right through with no skips.
