Refunds are only available under specific circumstances.
1. If an item is lost or damaged by the post office, postal insurance will cover it, not a refund
2. If the item is unwanted after the sale because it is ugly or not what was intended to purchase NO REFUNDS
3. If the Item does not fit NO REFUNDS I can provide measures PRIOR to purchase
4. If the item was incorrectly shipped or an error was made please contact me and see an exchange may be in order. Otherwise proof would have to be sent to me and buyer pays return shipping. Due to the many issues with false claims where items were kept and I was forced to refund I have had to restrict refunds. Always ask if there is a concern!!
