We both read all directions and watched YouTube video twice before attempting this. We referred back to info every step of the way. Despite installing it twice, our 1430 would never recognize the repl. Cartridge pack. We've gone back to Epson ink. Very disappointed. We had great hope for this.

First, I have to thank company for very good product and for attention to customers. I received the package in 2 days after ordering. The company was taking care to not let me miss very important e-mail with "important information about your printer", which was very helpful.
The only complain is that printed instruction (which was included to the package)is not very clear and pictures there are very small and it is not easy to understand what is there. Same complain is about instructions to"reset"- small and not clear. I was able to reset my printer after few trials. However-the system and "reset" are working and working very well!!!
Actually I saved my Epson wide format printer!
