Bust 35" or smaller. 15.5" across waist so 30" waist or smaller. 34" hips. 16" shoulders. 38" long. 17" from shoulder to buckle area. Model is 5'1" XS and dress fit loosely as shown. May fit modern S, but compare measurements to a similar shape dress you own. Flaws: Overall quite faded. 1/8 inch hole on upper back. Front skirt has splashes of fade, like bleaching and a handful of subtle dark spots. A couple 1/8 inch holes with smaller holes by one of these on front skirt.
