It is used and appears to be in working condition. We powered up the unit as shown: all fans run efficiently and all indicator lights work. We are unable to perform other tests as we do not have ATA hard drives to test with. There is very minimal cosmetic wear with a few scuffs on the external casing. There are 15 bays for ATA drives and the unit allows easy hot swapping.
