Item descriptions, along with the photos provided, should provide a pretty clear picture of the condition of the items for sale. With the inherent costs of shipping, along with the underlying issues surrounding a new item being returned in a condition that is less than new (i.e. tags removed/packaging damaged, etc), it doesn’t make sense to blindly accept a return simply because a buyer may have changed his or her mind. While it has become more common in the era of free shipping and 30-day unconditional return guarantees, it simply makes no business sense to do so, even if a percentage of customers decide to go elsewhere.
