Item description
A vintage early 1900's paper scrip for Ten Cents at Miller Bros Co. Mulberry, Kansas. It measures 3 1/2" x 1 7/8". Excellent condition - very close to mint. Miller Bros. Co., Mulberry (Circa 1910) The Miller's were among the first settlers to the area. They were involved with numerous business activities, including general merchandise, coal mining and banking. Mulberry involved from a coal camp originally called Mulberry Grove. It survived the closing of the shaft mining era and is located northeast of Pittsburg, on the Kansas/Missouri border in Crawford County. Wonderful addition to your collection!
