Buyer pays return shipping and there are no refunds on the original shipping. In the event that your item is damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the package, packaging materials and the damaged item. Once I see your photos showing that it was damaged in shipment, I will refund your purchase 100%, including the shipping you paid, without requiring a return of the damaged item(s). I also need the photos to file the insurance claim on Priority Mail or UPS shipments.
