This is a collectible action figure from 1982. He is "The Warlord" from the DC Comics, Lost World of the Warlord Series. He is in great condition only missing his weapon. He has his plastic cape on and is not torn in good condition also, and has his rubber wings on his helmet too. His head is rubber and his body is hard plastic. He is made in Hong Kong distributed by Remco NY. His head turns, arms and legs can move in and out and up and down as well as his waist turns also (the thing in his hand is just a wooden skewer I use to stir my paint with and will not be included with toy, I do not have his weapon).
